11.1 pk998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, bonus abuse, duplicate account detection, or at the request of the Member themselves.
11.2 Where an account is closed by pk998 for a verified breach of these Terms, the remaining account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach and any losses sustained by pk998 or other Members as a result of that breach.
11.3 Where an account is closed at the Member's voluntary request (other than self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 7 business days following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
11.4 You may close your pk998 account at any time by contacting live support or submitting a closure request via your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
